Every message reaches a person. Reports of a wrong figure are the most useful thing you can send, and they are answered first.

What to send

• A data error — the stock code, the figure you believe is wrong, and the page or filing it should match. Corrections are applied to the dataset, so every page carrying that figure is fixed at once.
• A privacy request — access, correction, export or deletion of your account data. Requests are answered within 30 days.
• Editorial or press — a factual query about a page, or use of the dataset.
• Anything else — a broken page, a suggestion, or a stock you think should be tracked.

What happens to your message

Messages are stored in Divvy's own database, not forwarded to a third-party helpdesk. Your email address is used only to reply; it is never added to a mailing list and never shared. The privacy policy covers the rest.
